Who operates this store

Dumpling Buddies is operated by Artem Reiter, a sole proprietorship registered in Poland. For order, return, or business inquiries, contact support@dumplingbuddies.com.

Orders and payment

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. Prices are in US dollars. The selected offer and final total are shown before payment in Stripe Checkout. Available payment methods depend on your device, location, and payment provider. Orders are accepted for US shipping addresses only.

If an order cannot be fulfilled or a material price or listing error occurs, you will be contacted and any payment for the canceled order will be refunded. You may contact support to request cancellation before the order is dispatched.

The product

Each Dumpling Buddies Steamer Set contains 12 slow-rising foam dumpling squishies and one mini bamboo-style steamer basket. Each dumpling is approximately 5.5 cm. Colors and faces are assorted and may differ from imagery. These are decorative desk toys, not food, and no medical or therapeutic benefit is promised.

For ages 14 and up. Not suitable for children under 3 years. Small parts. Keep away from pets. Do not eat, tear, or put the foam in your mouth.

Delivery and returns

Shipping is free within the US. Orders ship from a US warehouse with estimated delivery in 3 to 7 business days. Delivery estimates are not a guarantee against carrier disruptions. See the shipping policy and 30-day return policy for details. Damaged or lost orders are eligible for a refund.

Using this website

Do not misuse the checkout, attempt unauthorized access, or submit fraudulent orders or messages. The store's original content belongs to Dumpling Buddies or its licensors. Links to payment providers are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

Governing law and your rights

These terms are governed by the laws of Poland, to the extent permitted by applicable law. This choice does not remove mandatory consumer protections, remedies, or court rights available where you live, including applicable US state and federal law. Nothing here excludes liability or a warranty that cannot legally be excluded.

If a problem arises, email support first so it can be addressed. Changes to these terms apply to future purchases and do not change the terms of an already accepted order.
