Your privacy matters

Information you provide

When you order, Stripe collects your name, email, phone number, shipping address, and payment information. Dumpling Buddies receives the order and contact details needed to fulfill your order. Full card numbers are handled by Stripe and are not received by this store.

The contact form asks for your name, email, message, and an optional order number. Do not include card details or sensitive information in a message.

How information is used

Order details are used to process payments, arrange US delivery, answer support requests, handle returns, prevent fraud, and meet recordkeeping obligations. Shipping details are shared with the fulfillment supplier and delivery carrier. Order and contact messages are sent through Telegram for store operations. The contact form does not save submissions in a store database, but messages remain in the support inbox.

Cookies and measurement

When configured, Google Analytics 4 and Meta Pixel help measure visits, product views, checkout starts, and purchases. They may use cookies, device information, IP addresses, and browsing activity to measure advertising. Meta Conversions API can also send purchase information, including hashed contact details, to Meta for measurement and matching. Hashed information is still personal information.

A privacy preference cookie remembers an opt-out for one year. Your browser also stores purchase event identifiers to prevent repeated purchase measurement. Essential payment, security, and order processing continue when you opt out.

Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

Dumpling Buddies does not sell customer lists for money. Advertising measurement can be considered sharing under California law. Use the control below to stop Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and Meta purchase measurement for this browser. Your choice takes effect immediately and applies to future events; it cannot undo information already sent.

Global Privacy Control signals are honored automatically. No account is required. If you clear cookies or use a different browser or device, set your preference there too. You can also email support@dumplingbuddies.com with a privacy request.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live and applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information, and opt out of sale or sharing. California residents may exercise applicable CCPA rights without discrimination. Email support@dumplingbuddies.com to make a request or authorize an agent. Identity verification may be necessary for access or deletion, but is not required for the browser opt-out.

Retention and security

Order records are retained as needed for fulfillment, returns, accounting, legal obligations, and disputes. Support messages are kept as needed to resolve requests. Only a notification timestamp and a hashed order identifier are stored in the store's fulfillment notification markers, without customer contact details. Service providers may process information in the US, Poland, and other countries where they operate.

Age and policy changes
